We are aware that the future of Africa is in the hands of its burgeoning young population and yet opportunities are scarce. As entity that was formed by this demographic, we hire, train and work with young researchers as data collectors, quality control specialists, transcribers, data analyst among many other roles as a way of empowering them.

Furthermore, we endeavor to work with micro, small and medium enterprises as suppliers within this demographic who are looking to establish themselves whilst creating employment to youth, women and person with disabilities.
